Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all US orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Most orders of in-stock items are processed within 7 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment. Preordered items are shipped within an estimated arrival window, and customers will be updated if that estimate changes.

International Shipping (Europe & Rest of World) We ship internationally via USPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow 7 business days for order processing, and 7-18 days for delivery from day of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
