Our Henry VIII leggings are based on the field armor of the notorious king of England, a piece currently on view at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. This intricately designed suit was crafted for the king late in his life (what I like to call his “fat Elvis” period), which he wore into battle during his last military campaign despite his infirmities at the time. But you can get all of the artistry without any of the gout in our take on this beautiful armor. 😉

Our model is 5'1 and wearing a size S in the high-waisted, regular inseam.

Shipping

We believe in "slow fashion" to reduce waste from mass production, so many of our garments are made-to-order, and we often keep little in stock. Please allow 3-5 weeks for shipment of your items with that in mind!

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS: rates will vary based on selected service, package weight, and location (we ship from Potomac, MD). Sales tax of 6% will be charged for orders shipped to Maryland.

International orders are shipped via USPS International in combination with your local postal service. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT taxes, and any other applicable taxes, fees, or actions required In your country to receive your goodies.

Returns

Domestic returns are free! We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of your goodies. We can't offer exchanges, unfortunately, but you are welcome to initiate a return and repurchase another pair in the correct size or style.

If you wish to return any unworn and unwashed items, please contact info@loricaclothing.com to receive a prepaid return label. International orders should still contact info@loricaclothing.com for a return address, but unfortunately we cannot cover return postage for customers outside of the US. Comfortable!

I got these with the sports bra and it looks so incredible together! They are soft and very comfortable. These are my second pair of Lorica pants and my 7-year-old daughter is SO jealous, she keeps asking for a pair of her own.

Lift like a warrior!

I wore my new Henry VIII Lorica armor to lift with my trainer, and immediately got compliments. I feel that the warrior aesthetic complements weight lifting quite well! And the fabric is so soft and comfy, too.

The only improvement I'd suggest is perhaps a small key pocket inside the waistband.

Amazing!!

These leggings feel amazing, they fit beautifully, and look fantastic!! I absolutely love them, and would buy another pair in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!! 5'2" and I got the regular inseam and high rise waist.

So worth it (would be six stars with pockets!)

I preordered these leggings back in… 2018? Maybe 2019? I’m And recently wore them as part of a Halloween costume (2023). They still fit, the seams and fabric have held up beautifully (I’m careful about washing cold and hang drying, and don’t wear them a ton, but 4-5 years is still long enough for cheaper materials to stiffen or lose elasticity)

Get loads of compliments, look good and feel comfy! The only downside: I just wish they had pockets— if another version is released with pockets I’d buy it in a heartbeat.

I’m 5’9” and x-shaped but very dense lol… the L with long inseam has fit me (with some slight bunching at the ankle, which I prefer) from 175-220lbs and back… though I’d probably recommend sizing up above 190lbs due to the seam at the groin :)
