Our Henry VIII design is based on the field armor of the notorious king of England, a piece currently on view at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. This intricately designed suit was crafted for the king late in his life (what I like to call his “fat Elvis” period), which he wore into battle during his last military campaign despite his infirmities at the time. But you can get all of the artistry without any of the gout in our take on this beautiful armor. 😉

Shipping

We believe in "slow fashion" to reduce waste from mass production, so many of our garments are made-to-order, and we often keep little in stock. Please allow 3-5 weeks for shipment of your items with that in mind!

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS: rates will vary based on selected service, package weight, and location (we ship from Potomac, MD). Sales tax of 6% will be charged for orders shipped to Maryland.

International orders are shipped via USPS International in combination with your local postal service. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT taxes, and any other applicable taxes, fees, or actions required In your country to receive your goodies.

Returns

Domestic returns are free! We offer returns within 30 days of receipt of your goodies. We can't offer exchanges, unfortunately, but you are welcome to initiate a return and repurchase another pair in the correct size or style.

If you wish to return any unworn and unwashed items, please contact info@loricaclothing.com to receive a prepaid return label. International orders should still contact info@loricaclothing.com for a return address, but unfortunately we cannot cover return postage for customers outside of the US. A staple for the summertime knight

I’m obsessed with this top and its utility in my wardrobe. It’s light enough to go over other garments without adding bulk and sturdy enough to provide a little light support when lounging about. I’m captivated by the faux piping at the collar, hem, and arms, such a cool 3D detail. I got a size large which fits great but is shorter than I anticipated and sheers out a smidgen where it stretches over my bust, but not enough to distort the design by any means. I’m certainly going to get as many other designs as I can!
